Plenty of choices as far as inventory goes. The dealer discount was great. The salesmen knew about the car and its features. The majority of Phillips used vehicles are certified. There was no high pressure. Everything they promised us,they came through on. I originally went into Philips to just look at an Equinox and get an idea of the features of the car. I went to the dealership with my daughter on a raining/snowing day just to stop in and pick up a brochur and get an idea of the features of the car. I went to the dealership with my daughter on a raining/snowing day just to stop in and pick up a brochure. As I approached the door to the show room I was greeted by Albion Balaj. Albion immediately asked if I was looking for a particular sales person, I replied no it was my first visit. We informed Albion that we were just looking for my wife, we were vetting out cars before bringing her out the car we liked. Albion took us into the showroom and asked what car we considering, we told him the Equinox, Albion went back out into the snow and rain to locate and bring an Equinox right up to the show room door. My daughter and I sat in the car while Albion showed and demonstratd all the great features of the Equinox. After going over the car's features with us he invited us back in the show room and shared more information about the Equinox, going over the options and colors for interior and exterior. We left that afternoon very happy knowing that we found the sales person we wanted to work with, if we decided to buy an Equinox. A couple weeks later I brought my wife back to meet Albion and see the Equinox. Albion brought another vehicle to the door and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. We then went on a test drive. We completed the test drive and walked thru the lot looking a all the available colors. We decided the options and colors we wanted. We told Albion and he located the car of our choice. We negotiated pricing taking everything into consideration. A week later we returned to pick up the vehicle we were very happy with the entire puychasing experience. Albion and Mike were great, we would recommend all our friends to shop at Philips. More
