The customer service was excellent because they were patient with me, no one rushed me. I am a 62 year old woman and I really do not know a lot about cars. He is a very pleasant man, and he has a servant's heart. He made me feel very comfortable even though I had no real knowledge about my car. He took time to show me how to operate the radio and other features. He was truly a great help with getting me signed on to OnStar. I had to return to get an alarm system put on my car. I was given a loaner without any charge. Now that is what I call great customer service and consideration. I had a great experience and the price of my vehicle was well within my means, and Phillips took the time to give me a fair price for my monthly payments. I had been looking for a Silverado 1500 pickup truck for a few weeks and had no luck finding what i wanted in my local area. So, i decided to go to the dealer personally with my wife and when i arrived i was greeted by a friendly sales representative by the name of ALBION BALAJ, he took the time to to explain and demonstrate all the awesome features the Silverado has to offer. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. The best part is that everyone was very courteous and professional. After thoroughly comparing the three, we decided on the Suburban. Other than a lot of paperwork, the sales process went smoothly. (Would be nice if some of the documentation was paperless.) More
