Phillips Chevrolet

We have been shopping for an Equinox for about a month and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run a and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run around of empty promises of locating us what we wanted, we finally just came home, got on our computer and found Phillips which was only a couple of hours from us. My husband (Marvelous Marv) spoke to Jeff and he let us know that they did have what we were looking for. So a friend rode along with us and we thought we'd just have lunch while we were up there. When we arrived at Phillips in the rain, they greeted us and opened the door and welcomed us in. We met Rami, who was just absolutely amazing. We've never met a car salesman who didn't yank our chain, but Rami had an honest answer for every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox. We then met Phillip whose birthday is the same day as mine. Happy Birthday in July and I'll be checking my mailbox for my card. Ha,ha. Also,very happy with Phillip, although we chose not to use the undercoating etc. Then Yasin in finance, who did an amazing job getting us a very low interest rate and did everything very quickly and also answered all our questions. I recently was helping my sister-in-law replace a car on a very tight budget. We went into Phillips looking for a used car for about $12k. Some of the other dealers that we went to just tried to sell us a n a very tight budget. We went into Phillips looking for a used car for about $12k. He asked what we were looking for and he asked Hani Sahoury to help us out. Everyone was very polite and it didn't feel like we were dealing with "Used Car Salesmen". Hani listned to what we were looking for and brought 3 cars for us to look at. He never once tried to oversell us. We ended up buying a car that night for exactly what we wanted to spend. I recently went back to Phillips because I needed to replace my old car. I was looking to buy a new chevy equinox. Hani and I talked on the phone and by email and when I arrived at the dealership he had the car I wanted ready for me. We agreed on a price and that was it. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would go back again for my next car and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Do your homework before you go and establish your budget and you should have a relatively easy time. Hani was very respectful and helped answer all my questions with the highest amount of knowledge I have seem in any dealer I went to while shopping for my new Malibu.
