I have been to a number of car dealers in the past but none of them have compared to the experience that I recently had at Phillips Chevrolet. I went in looking for one vehicle which turned out to not fit none of them have compared to the experience that I recently had at Phillips Chevrolet. I went in looking for one vehicle which turned out to not fit my budget and they suggested looking at some other models. Typically, I would expect nothing less from a dealer but I received no pressure to do this and it seemed like they really cared about HELPING me find a car that would work for me and not just that I was a potential sale. I highly recommend Anthony Robinson as a salesperson and Phillips Chevrolet as a dealership that can help you find the right car for you. More

He demonstrated a professional, genuine. and sincere degree of attention to me, my post-purchase questions (including technical and service oriented) and my concerns. Thursday, September 9th the car was in the shop for Protector preventative applications and undercoating. Hani took care of me, providing me with a FREE loaner car, both enthusiastically and voluntariy!!! What a pleasure and how stressfree to receive a loaner in this manner!!! After I picked up the car Thursday evening, the 9th, I found that the second car key was attached to my key ring without the need to provide any reminder! What an amazing treat to find that this experience was of such a happy and stressfree magnitude. Also I want to mention that their shop for undercoating and Protector application services did an absolutely fabulous job with the undercoating and Protector applications! The car looked beautiful and just gleamed!!! WOW Thank you most especially to Hani Sahoury for treating me as a valued VIP and and to Chris Saribekian for Internet/Website Information and e-communications, Harry Mays for Delivery Coordination, I think his name was Ron for The Protector Applications portion of the sale, along with the young woman cashier, to the loaner car person, Stephanie, and I must also mention all of the wonderful and helpful employees at Phillips Chevrolet!!! This Chevrolet Impala LS is a real beauty, a wonderful pleasure to drive and I just love this car!!! After my 1978 Chevy Impala this car is my favorite of all that I have owned. He is very concerned that he makes his customers happy. I worked with him for two days and he was wonderful the entire time! When I finally received my vehicle, he was very patient and thorough in explaining how to use everything in the Traverse. He insisted that I come back if I have any questions at all, and I will, without a doubt. I feel very comfortable asking him questions. Another reason I have returned to Phillips (this is my 5th vehicle from Phillips) is because of the Service Dept. The managers are always friendly and helpful, and the service I have received has been excellent and hassle free. More
I had been searching for a specific 2010 Camaro. I had looked seemingly everywhere, and there was only one within a three state radius, and it was located at Phillips. Surprisingly, it was very easy for everything to be taken care of for me in Illinois to prepare my new car for the 1100 mile trip down to Florida. Phillips had given me the best price of all the previous dealers that I had talked about this car with. Even better than ones that I had a military discount with. And, that was just from a phone conversation! They were very helpful when I got there and set up my bluetooth during the test drive. It was a great car buying experience from beginning to end. In fact, I signed the papers for a particular interest rate and then I went to set up my On-Star. While I was doing that, the finance associate came out to me and told me to come back in when I was finished, because he was able to get me a better interest rate. I was very happy about that, it saved me $7/month on my payment! Thank you Phillips for a great experience! More
Mr. Alphonso Williams is the sales associate who handled this sale and quite frankly is the reason I bought a new vehicle from Phillips Chevrolet. He was knowlegeable and professional, and hard working. He actually went to another state in order to obtain a vehicle that met my requirements. I had had a quote from another dealership but I recontacted Mr. Williams because he was straightforward and sincere and felt that he might be able to close the deal which he did. During the process, there was a mis-understanding which was ironed out by Mr. Michael Darge who explained the process in terms that I understood and found to be in my best interest. So my hat is off to Phillips Chevrolet and the way they do business. The people there were great and the dealership has my strongest endorsement! More

My experience at Phillips was great. My husband of 30 years passed away in November of 2009, and I have not personally bought a car in 35 years! I pulled into Phillips, and was greated by Ali Fidani in the parking lot. I told him I was there to meet with CJ who had given me an internet quote. He took me to a sales desk, and brought over CJ who then turned the process over to Ali. Ali was informative, helpful, not pushy at all, and handeled everything exactly how I wanted it done. Very professional, and courteous. In fact everyone I met at your dealership was very cheerful, professional, and helpful, Harry, Louie, and the finance person. I sent my sister with my car for a detail and they said it needed alignment, which then revealed a bad bearing. Car drove perfectly coming to the dealer and steering did not pull whatsoever.. She was sold unnecessary work when coming in for unrelated issue. Turns out, Phillips does diagnostics on all cars to find unreported issues to up sell service. If your car is not new, it would be very easy to find various out of tolerance parts that justify replacement, even though everything works fine and may last several years. And of course they used the scare tactic that "its a safety issue" to seal the deal. My sister called me, I told her to stop the work order, but it had been completed within the first 2 hours.
