It is said that the 2nd most stressful purchase one will make will be a new vehicle, second only to a new home. Having purchased many new vehicles I can honestly say that statement is true, until now!! I re make will be a new vehicle, second only to a new home. I should add the second was not planned. These 2 experiences were, by far, the least stressful vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. It all had to do with the people we dealt with. Jaime Birks, my salesperson could not have been better. She never made me feel pressured to buy and she answered all of my questions. I was never called and asked if I’ve made a decision. I was only contacted to answer any questions I may have had. Once my wife and I decided on a certain Malibu, which we love by the way, Jaime got Sales Manage Mike Darge involved. He was absolutely fantastic. At no point did we feel like we were put in the corner and given the ultimate “Take it or leave it” line. I understand they are in business to make money, but man did they work with me on a price that was right for me and fair for Phillips Chevrolet. Lastly I need to give kudos to Matt Braley in Finance. He discussed options with us but never pressured us to buy anything extra. This was, without a doubt, the best vehicle purchase we ever had. That was until we purchased our second Malibu. BIG THANKS TO EVERYONE AT PHILLIPS CHEVROLET!!! p.s. Did I talk about the inventory of vehicles………..WOW!!! More

Also, since I was paying cash, I feel you should be able to excel the process as well as offer a few perks if you expect to have returning customers (as we stated to our sales person, we had been Ford people for the last 20 years and we were just crossing over to Chevy)in the future. We were missing our manual glove, we didn't get any clear information on service hours or proceedures, and other dealers were offering Free lifetime oil changes to get our sale, but we were told you don't do that (after calling back we did end up getting 3 oil changes after all.) It was a wierd experience, usually when I've bought a new car I've felt pretty satisified and excited, this day it was just annoying and I couldn't wait to drive the 25 miles or so home in my new truck. More

Went in to just test drive a car and walked out with a 2011 Equinox. Everyone there was very friendly and our sales person was knowledgeable, patient and very easy to work with. I've been dealing with Phillips Chevrolet for over 20 years.My wife and I went out to "just look" at new cars and later that day we left with the 5th car we've purchased from them. I've always had an excellent experience with the whole dealership,sales and the service department.They have one the best stocks of new Chevrolets I've seen in the area. When its time to buy another car I will go back to Phillips and buy another Chevrolet. More
