I had gone to four or five dealer before I stopped by Phillips Chevrolet. I pulled up and there were two or three guys standing out side of the building looking at my clean pickup truck as I drove up.Thi Phillips Chevrolet. I pulled up and there were two or three guys standing out side of the building looking at my clean pickup truck as I drove up.This one sales person(Alibon) walked up to me as I were getting out of my truck with a nice smile and said he could put me in a new truck same model. The one I had was a 2005 3/4 ton silverado with over 320,000 miles on it. Only replaced the starter, oil and tires. LOVE THAT TRUCK. I was very happy with the trade-in and the price Alibon and Phillips Chevrolet gave me. I will always recommend Phillips Chevrolet and saleman Alibon for the best deal in the Chicago area. Wade More
Bob Pearson did a great job showing us the Traverse. He was knowledgable about the car and answered all our questions. My husband and I were looking for a new car, and we decided to stop by Phillips because it was in the neighborhood, and my husband had had a couple of Chevys and he always liked them. I was at that time driving a Toyota, which I liked. Our salesman was Dan Bachert and he was, without a doubt, the most knowledgeable salesman we had ever encountered. We told him what we were looking for, and we went out to the lot and found this gorgeous red Equinox and took it for a test drive, and by the time we finished and by the time Dan explained all the "bells and whistles" in the car, we were sold. The price was right and we ended up driving it home. There were so many new features on the car that I called Dan a couple of days later to ask about several of them and how they worked, and he told me to "come on over" and he sat and explained everything I didn't understand. He even set up my cell phone so that it would ring through the steering wheel! By the way, there are several things I really love about this car -- having "Serius" music, having On-Star -- not only do I now listen to beautiful music without commercials, but I feel safe all the time with help only a "push of the button away"! And I still get a kick out of talking to people throug my steering wheel!!! Dan was a great salesman and I would heartily recommend both him and Phillips for a new (or used) car! More
First, I have been a loyal customer with phillips chevrolet for over five years. I have purchased over five cars within that time frame. They both gave me a nice car deal, both the car and truck appearances were nice and clean with low miles. I also want to thank Harry for explaining the products and services as well as Matt my finance guy who took time out to find a company who would fiance the vehicles. I just want to say this is what you call a Team!!!!!! and gets the job done. They are better than the Bulls, Lakers, and Celtics,!!!!!!!! I have to say this was the best car buying experienced I have ever had. My sales professional Rami was very courteous, honest and very patient. Rami even called me to see how I was doing and ask if was satisfied with my purchase. That is customer service that I find to be rare these days. I have never had that from my past car buying experiences at other dealers. I also want to mention that the whole atmosphere at Philips Chevy was very pleasant. Rami was very helpful, and was instrumental in listening to my needs and doing everything he could to make the deal right for both of us. Unlike most dealers I have dealt with who refuse to exit the "what payment can you afford" sales tact, or the new trend of "no-haggle pricing", it was easy to negotiate on my terms of bottom line price after my trade. I walked away feeling like I paid a fair "private party" price, with the added convenience of trading my old car in and financing right on the spot. This was especially important for me, as I was shopping out of state. I would definitely recommend everyone check out Phillips for your next Chevy or used car purchase. More

As a female shopping for a car without my husband was always a joke, nobody wants to waste their time with you, they think your wasting their time or don't know how to make a decision. Well that was not the case with Rami Alamawi at Phillips Chevy. Last year I picked out a 2010 Impala told Rami give me your best price and don't push me to leave with the car now or heres the phone call your husband now at work, the normal lines you get from sales people. Rami spent about two hours with me between a test ride and the bottom line out the door. I left my husband came home from work we decided it was a go. I called Rami told him to have all the paper work and car ready we just want to sign and be out. This was not the first time we bought a new car. When we got there everything was ready and we were out in less than an hour. Needless to say we sold that car to my son so I called Rami we want another car just like that one. We bought a 2011 the whole deal took less than an hour.
