This was one of my better experiences I have had at a dealership. Our sales person, Jeff Walker, was extreamly frindly, easy going, and he knew how to make my family comfortable. We had two children th dealership. Our sales person, Jeff Walker, was extreamly frindly, easy going, and he knew how to make my family comfortable. We had two children that had their patience wearing very thin but Jeff did not seem to be bothered by that. He put forth MUCH effort to help keep the kids happy. He spoke equally to both myself and my husband which is almost unheard of at a car dealership. I felt like he gave all of us the respect that we were looking for. Jeff was also outstanding when it came to the reason we were there, finding a car that was right for us. He took the time that was needed to get our car choice right. I am extreamly happy with my perchase and the treatment in which my entire family receved while shopping at Phillips Chevrolet. I work for the Will County States Attorney's Office and all of the police departments in the county of will and I will highly recomend anyone to this dealership and I would also recoment Jeff Walker in a heart beat! I visited Phillips looking for a Camaro. I was impressed with the variety of Camaaros in stock. Bob Brow was very helful in all aspects of my purchase. When I walked in the door I was meet by Dan Sues,and a very friendly introduction. I told him right away that I was just looking and NOT going to buy that day,and he could take care of someone else. He insisested that he would answer my questions for me. He was with me more than an hour. I left that day very satisfied, but did'nt buy a car. A few day's later I returned asked for Dan and bought a new car. Seven months later I bought a second new car, from Dan. Everybody is very friendly there and what I like about Dan is he does NOT push, he let's you set the pace. I would recommend Dan Sues and Phillips Chevy to anyone. Thank You & God Bless.
