We had a really great experience buying our SUV at this dealership. I actually dreaded going through the process and it turned out to be really great because of the staff and customer service there. Our salesperson Joe was down to earth and took the time to show us the various models we were interested in along with test drives. Everyone was super friendly at this location and they offered some great deals. Most importantly, after the deal was done, our salesperson took the time to sit in our new vehicle with us and go over all features that he knew were new to me! Showed us the basics on the dashboard and then even helped us get our Bluetooth and OnStar functions activated which was going above and beyond. I'm sure he was tired and ready to go for the day but he stayed to make sure we left happy. LOVE THIS PLACE AND OUR NEW EQUINOX! I will return down the road and I highly recommend it. I had visted two other Chevy dealerships prior to Phillips, and the customer service and respect I received at the Phillips dealership was outstanding in comparison to my other experiences. The atmosphere was very postive and each person who crossed my path was very professional and cordial at all times. I would like to personally commend Mike Darge and Phil Jarrad for their salesmen ship and how they went above and beyond in locating the vehicle I was looking for. The follow up, availability, and assitance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn will lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience. I also want to mention I was impressed with the Facebook charity donation for the Make-A-Wish foundation Phillips Chevy has in place. This is a charitable cause and it touches my life on a personal level. Great idea and method to contribute to a wonderful charity. More
At first I liked dealing with Phillip Chevy. Eugene was a friendly sales rep and easy to deal with. I picked out the car that I wanted and and was offered a competitive price. Then I decided to wait on the p friendly sales rep and easy to deal with. I picked out the car that I wanted and and was offered a competitive price. Then I decided to wait on the purchase of the new car. After returning to the dealership 1 month later it seems the car has increased in price $3,300. The price that was provided by the sales manager Mark was like a slap in face to me, and this made Phillip the highest price Chevy Dealer in the area by $3,900. When comparing the price of the car 1 month later there was no reason for the sharp increase in the price of the car. All of the rebates and sale prices where the same. I don’t know what they were thinking when they offered that high of a price when they knew I was ready to buy. I guess they just can’t handle when a customer needs time to think about a purchase. More
