I was in the market for a new Avalanche. I had previously bought 2 other new cars from Phillips. As I entered the dealership, Marty McKenna greeted me. Eugene took me on a tour of the dealship to show me the repair shop where I mat Jackie who was very informative on what to do if I needed repairs or just an oil change. She gave office hours and more. When my tour was over I went to the finance department where I mat YYY, he seemed as if he had my best interest at heart. He made sure all my paperwork was correct. Jeff showed us all the new features and gadgets and was very knowledgeable with the Tahoe. We had 2 folow up calls the following week from Mike & Jeff to check and make sure everything was ok. Great people at Phillips !! Will buy from them again. We also had a call a few weeks ago from Tim Christ in service to let us know when we need an oil change, to give him a call and he would take care of us. Phillips had the best selection of Camaros. Our sales rep Eric S. was awesome, spent a lot of time with us, never pushy. Took two different Camaros for test drives.
