Back in June 2011, I took a Chevrolet Volt out for a full day test drive. What a wonderful experience. Daniel Bachert at Phillips Chevrolet is foremost the most knowledgeable person on this new creation outs day test drive. What a wonderful experience. Daniel Bachert at Phillips Chevrolet is foremost the most knowledgeable person on this new creation outside of Detroit - even the Chevy Techs at the 2011 Chicago Auto Show were not as well versed on the Volt as Daniel. The promotion that Phillips Chevrolet ran for testing the Volt is the best way to really see if you want the car or not. I wish other dealers in Chicago would follow suit. I was extremely pleased with Daniel as not only a salesman but someone that I can chat about any issues or news that I can find out about the Volt or any other Chevrolet. I wish I can go higher on the ratings but 5 is the max!! Thanks Daniel!! More

I had an exceptional experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort Illinois. I purchases two vehicles this week, a Cruze and a Tahoe. Rami was my sales man, whom showed extensive knowledge on the different vehicles they had to offer. I entered Phillips, undecided what make of car to buy, which Rami helped guide me to making a decision on Chevrolet being the cars to go with. Rafi was the manager that also checked in ensuring that I had a good experience. When I had purchases the vehicles Harry, stepped in, to assist me in some after sales, which I purchases some additional items to be installed on the cars and he walked me thru these steps. Both Business Mangers I dealt with in the Finance department were helpful as well. Everyone at the dealership was very professional in their work. I got good value on my new vechicles and a fair price on my trade-in. All in all, from start to finish my experience was tremendous. Very body at Phillips, that I encountered were ready, willing and eager to assist me. It is easy to see that Rami, Rafi, Harry and the finance department are dedicate to providing a first class experience. I just purchased my new Equinox from Phillips and this was the best car buying experience of my life. They are awesome. This was my first chevy purchase. I went in initially wanting a Cruze and decided I was interested in an equinox and Joe was very helpful and knowledgable on the vehicles.
