It was a very good experience. We went in to just test drive a LTZ Traverse I did not have a color in mind. Rami brought out a sliver (which is the color of the SUV I traded in) LTZ loaded to the max and drive a LTZ Traverse I did not have a color in mind. My husband, who did not want to trade in our SS Trailblazer also fell in love with the car. Rami was there to insure us our trade would go smooth. We left with a great car at a great price that same night. I dropped the car off @ 7:30a.m. and heard nothing all day about the progress of work being done. I had my ride take me over to Phillips and on the way the service depatment called and said it would be the next day before I would get my car back. I was not real happy...as soon as Harry heard my displeasure he was calling me and telling me to get to the dealer, my car would be done that day he would be sure of that! Once again thanks Harry. The haggling process is painless when dealing with Phillips, the sales manager that worked with me was Mark Catuara.
