I did finally find a used 2011 180mi away that looked like a good deal. I took it for a test drive and liked it,but wanted to compare it to a new one. Went back to Hani and took the 3500 ext cab for a test drive and realized new is better. Hani was able to get the price down close to the used price one and made my decision easy. I have bought over 35 vehicles in my lifetime, mostly new, some used. I've dealt with many dealers and salespeople who, quite frankly, often iritated me. I had no intention of actually buying a vehicle that night, only to look. Jaime was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful I was actually enjoying myself. We had the usual spar over the price, but once it was settled I met more members of the team at Phillips. The finance person (sorry, don't recall the name) was also friendly and helpful. In fact, my interest rate kept dropping the more we spoke. Since the purchase, I had to bring it back for a warranty repair and some routine service. The service was done perfectly and with my use of a free loaner so there was no inconvenience. Since then there has been followup from both the dealership and Jaime. I love my Equinox. It's definitely one of the best vehicles, maybe THE best, I've ever owned. And I would certainly go back to Phillips again. I've never had an auto dealer take such interest in me or had such followup and kept in contact with me to make certain I was completely satisfied. More

I think it was a very good experience! I enjoyed the customer service and the friendship between Rami and I. Even though my 2008 Dodge Caliber didn't have any equity because of the previous car dealersh customer service and the friendship between Rami and I. Even though my 2008 Dodge Caliber didn't have any equity because of the previous car dealership was deceptive in the methods used for me to purchase their vehicle. Rami worked out a deal that was comfortable and made it possible for me to walk off with a 2011 Malibu.
