Being a younger girl and trying to buy a car can be a little confusing and complicated. I had clear idea of what the financials of this deal would look like prior to going in (the monthly payment ended up being 2 dollars less than what I calculated before we went in). Jaime and Mike from the sales staff were great. We had no wait time. They pulled up our first choice within minutes and we were off on our test drive. We both loved the truck and could not beat the price. My old truck was appraised quickly. The appraisal was fair and consistent with blue book trade in value. The purchase went quickly and we got a finance rate slightly lower than the 4.9 I expected. We were on our way home with our new truck in less than 2 1/2 hours and the dealership was busy. We were never pressured during the process and the staff provided us with everything we needed to make an informed decision on a pretty big purchase. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with the deal and our experience at Phillips Chevrolet. I would recommend Phillips to family and friends. More
