After calling ahead to schedule recall work this dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. The day I selected was 5 days later and after acce dealership told me they have the parts and to just come any day at any time to have the work done. The day I selected was 5 days later and after accepting the vehicle I was told they did not have the required part and they would have to order it. This was a solid waste of my time that could have easily been avoided with next level customer care. More
