I was disappointed that I didn’t get notified right away that my part for my GMC was in. After two weeks I called to check and guess what my part was in, I was told that the part would have to be painted be that my part for my GMC was in. After two weeks I called to check and guess what my part was in, I was told that the part would have to be painted before installing, waited for another few days to get the call and nothing. After the fourth day I called back and guess what it was painted …why didn’t I get a call, hmmm, I don’t know! Took the car in the following week for installation and everything is working! Communication needs to be improved on! More

I pulled up and no sooner got out of my truck and was greeted by Ronnie with a big smile on his face happy to see me. Show me a few trucks gave me his phone number I went back and talked to my wife call greeted by Ronnie with a big smile on his face happy to see me. Show me a few trucks gave me his phone number I went back and talked to my wife call him in the morning went down to check the truck out was history we drove out of there that day with it. Two gentlemen I dealt with couldn't have been more kind reasonable and respectful to my wife and I. Big shout out to Ronnie the salesman and BJ in finance! More
