Went for oil change and left with blown engine Claimed a oil filter issue caused all the oil to leak out and turn my engine to scrap in minutes. Every one thought they left the old gasket on even the other workers. So my 11 month old car is junk. Can’t even change oil not sure I would trust their service. Then when they heard the engine clunking as I turned right back around with oil all over they thought adding new oil and a filter would help, it had no oil left it was gone!. What a joke, you would expect better from a dealer. They even thought it was fine and I pointed out it still sounded like a diesel truck running. The most pathetic service ever and no one was there to handle it besides service writers. They offered me 2 free oil changes oh ok I’ll come right back for those so you can blow up my new car too. You think they would make sure it was not leaking like I learned in high school auto class and common sense. Sad thing was I didn’t even get a refund. Adam was there and he ignored the situation just turned around and didn’t look whenever I saw him. Good thing mike mahers stepped up to make this right. More

Service was terrible and unclear Dropped my car off on a Friday morning after scheduling an appointment. I had to call Friday at 4pm because no one had been in contact with me. Nate (service guy) claims they did not have enough time to finish looking at it so they had to keep it over the weekend meanwhile I’m in a rental that I am paying for. Monday I once again had to call them because I had not heard from them. Nate was not helpful whatsoever on what was going with the vehicle and what my warranty did and did not cover. When I got my bill for $350 it said right in the bill that they only had 2 hours of work on the vehicle yet they didn’t have enough time to finish it Friday when it was dropped off at 9am? My check engine light came on the day after I got my vehicle back and Nate was rude on the phone like I was inconveniencing him by telling him this. This place is out to get your money and charge you for unnecessary things (charged for bumper being taken off when it did not have to be). The service department is a joke and very rude. Do not recommend the Bradley or Lansing Phillips locations. Nothing but bad experiences after dealing with them for 2 years. More
Art Avalos was a big help My check engine light on my 2008 Hyundai went on when I was out of town, took it to a Midas who who did nothing but reset it. When I got home I took it to my mechanic who gave me a very expensive quote to fix it. Took it too a second mechanic who reset it and said take it to the Hyundai dealer. I was reluctant to do this because I thought it would be more costly. I took a few times but they figured it out and now it runs better then ever and for a lot less money. Sometimes you need to take it to the experts. I also like the shuttle service. More
Will NEVER buy another vehicle from here!!! My family and I went on a vacation and I don’t a deep dent in my truck and went to the dealership and talked with the manager and he said “let me talk to the higher ups and I will call you by Monday” that was 4 months ago!!! I will make it a point to tell EVERYONE about the service and I will make sure to never refer anyone to this dealership. Buying another car and I went elsewhere got a great deal and guess what my bumper to bumper warranty covers EVERYTHING. More

They offered a fair price and wanted to work out a deal. Phillips did not have a truck on site that I liked. Jacob found one exactly what I was looking online and got it onsite in about an hour. Very impressed they worked with me on numbers and we where able to make a deal. More
Don't expect help when your having a tough time I took my chevy equinox to be fixed under a warranty problem. After they have the car they say I have a rear main seal busted. Due to the seal being busted there was no point in them fixing the warranty problem if I couldn't pay out of pocket for the rear seal problem. I have been having financial difficulties and couldn't afford to pay out of pocket. Mike Reardon the service manager told me to leave my truck and they would give me time to come up with the money. I agreed fast forward a couple of weeks and Jeff one of their service people calls both my numbers and leaves a text saying they hadn't been given permission to work on the car and needed to know what going to do. I took this as my time was up and I needed to get my truck if I couldn't pay. So I went straight after work to pick up my truck. When I came in Jeff said he didn't know if my truck was ready and called his boss Mike Way to talk to me. Immediately the boss was condescending and rude as to me taking my truck. He specifically said they didn't expect me to come barging in that evening looking for my truck. I explained that I didn't have the money and just would take the car since they were calling and texting about it. All I got in response was sarcastic remarks and demeaning statements. On several occasions I asked was he being serious to which he replied he was. After several frustrating minutes he said they would get my truck ready and call me to get it. Now the truck was there for warranty paid problem which they refused to fix unless I paid for the other. So today I get more calls from Jeff saying the truck is ready but they are charging me for the tow to get it there because I didn't let them work on the truck. Mind you they had permission to fix the warranty problem and decided not to on their own. They are trying to charge me out of spite. Over the years I have spent thousands in there. Never again. So you treat customers rudely and take advantage of them out of spite. Wow that's messed up. More
Repairs on bed liner that was sprayed Had to get a few screws bolted down inside the new bed of truck for the lights. Talked to the mechanic on a few other issues of installing a few covers and tie downs that he didn't have to do but was willing to get it done. Thank you. More
I rarely write a review Though I never rate a business, I had to put something on paper about my recent experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Bradley, IL. I must say that the staff members I encountered at this dealership were phenomenal. I entered through service department and the service agent greeted me immediately asking how he could help. I told him that I just needed parts and he did not hesitate to escort me to the parts department, and told me which people would be helping me from there. Within seconds a parts member came out asked how he could help and went into action to solve my issue.. While I was waiting for things so get solved, one lady passed and offered her assistance, I told her that the customer service that was being put out at this dealership was the best I have every encountered at a car dealer and I wasn't even buying a car! My only regret is that I did not get anyone's name to put in this review but again I have to say that your behind the scenes staff are a top notch group of employees. Don't change a thing, they will make your dealership shine for years to come. I wish I was in the market for a new Chevy, because I would definitely use this dealership More
This dealership wrecked my Cadillac My Cadillac was sent to BB to be serviced and while there it was driven into their garage door. The only apology I was given was by the girl that wrecked it. No one even contacted me to let me know it had been in an accident. There was an estimate of repairs waiting for me, $10,000 in damages. I would never recommend sending anyone here. More
