The saleman was friendly and the dealership has a good reputation in town. The owner of the dealership is very supportive of our children's school and I was to show my apprecaition by buying my car from reputation in town. Just bought the vehicle a few hours ago: Fun, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and good service, despite recently having a fire in the building. They were up and running. When I visited Brown & Brown I was immediately greeted by Brian and other staff in a friendly matter. I told Brian exactly what I needed prior to visiting the dealership. When I arrived he already greeted by Brian and other staff in a friendly matter. I told Brian exactly what I needed prior to visiting the dealership. When I arrived he already had information on the vehicles I was interested in and took me right to them. He was very thorough and knowledgable on each vehicle I had in mind and was able to answer all my questions. In the meantime, the sales manager was looking over my trade in. By the time I was ready to make a move the sales manager had my trade in numbers ready. It was a smooth and timely process. While I was waiting for my vehicle everyone asked how I was doing and if I needed anything. When all was finished I was directed into the financial manager who was just as friendly and helpful as everyone else. I ended up with the car I wanted and it is very reliable to this day. Brown & Brown works as a great team and exhibits customer service that exceeds expectations. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends. More

The service department was awesome and my service attendent Sharon was so much help, she took very good care of as we were traveling out of town and had a check engine light come on. The O2 sensor ha attendent Sharon was so much help, she took very good care of as we were traveling out of town and had a check engine light come on. The O2 sensor had gone bad and she got our car in, made the repair happen and we were treated wonderful, she is a reflection of outstanding help at the Brown and brown dealership, I would recommend to anyone who has issues with the vehicle in that area to call on them for help.
