Transmission service message On April 19 I had a transmission service message on my Buick Lacrosse. I called the dealership, talked with the service manager and was told to bring On April 19 I had a transmission service message on my Buick Lacrosse. I called the dealership, talked with the service manager and was told to bring the car in. I did within the hour. They took my car, checked the message and several other generic messages from Buick. They were finished in a little over an hour, complete with further instructions. The staff were friendly, informative, and professional. More

They are a relationship dealership! I have been a Phil Wright customer for about 30 years. They are always fair on pricing, but I also know they will take good care of me on the service I have been a Phil Wright customer for about 30 years.
