Eric handled the appointment and they service department spent time and attention in making sure that everything was checked out and even conducted an extensive test drive before letting me know that nothing could be detected. I appreciated the concern that Danny Hipps extended to me for any inconvenience. The sales consultant,Damon, also visited with me and discussed the window tinting request I had made earlier. I feel that doing business locally provides individualized and personal and timely attention that may not be available if I had to go out of town for service. More

Service to truck I took my truck in to have it serviced and also to have the flap on the gas cap repaired inasmuch as it wouldn't close. Both of these items were prope I took my truck in to have it serviced and also to have the flap on the gas cap repaired inasmuch as it wouldn't close. Both of these items were properly taken care of. I received a call from the service department and was advised that the air conditioning belt was badly cracked and I told them to replace it. They also advised that the air conditioner needed serviced and I told them to do that. They further advised that the driver's master window switch was not working properly and I requested that they repair that. Next, they advised that there was an exhaust leak but that it only leaked when it was cold and goes away when the engine was warmed up. I advised that since I did not smell any fumes inside that I would not have that repaired. They then advised that I could pick up the truck for a total charge of $846.59. I paid that and was well pleased with the services rendered. However, when I reviewed the bill, I noticed that it had the following notations: "inspected and found flagge at bottom end of y-pipe is damaged, appears to have hit something." In fact, they did tell me that, however, it goes on to say that they recommended "replace compression gasket and advised me that the exhaust bolts may break during service." There was no recommendation made to me that I should replace the compression gasket and they certainly did not advise me that the exhaust bolts may break during service. More
