I was after hours, and I drove to Russellville from Little Rock to pick up my employee. Dewayne Caldwell was still there, and my employee was inside out of the heat with a cold drink in his hand. Dewayne added the tow fee to our bill and kept me informed on the repairs. He went above and beyond. I would use Phil Wright regularly if they were in Little Rock. Great job! More

Exceptionally slow but, the employees are nice! I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. I finally got to leave at 3:30, two hours for service is ridiculous. I get over by Walmart and noticed that a light was on that wasn't on before so, I had to turn around and take it right back. When I pulled in I was told that it had been on when I had arrived at 1:30 and it had been noted on my paperwork, it had not and I was 100% certain that the light had not been on. I notice anything and everything about my vehicle and a light that comes on clearly stands out to me. After convincing the employee that I wanted it looked at again, they did find an error on the service departments end. The air filter wasn't adjusted properly and it was causing the light to remain on. I usually don't complain about having to wait for an hour somewhere but, 2 is unacceptable especially when this hasn't been the only time for me waiting this long for service. The time before this I was given a discount because I had to wait for 2 hours. I suggest that maybe your service department shouldn't try to book so many people for that day. I understand that it is a busy time of year because people are needing service done on their vehicles before leaving on vacation and such. I hope that next time I come in for service that it's operating a little better. Thanks! More

AC woes, Phil Wright to the rescue! AC went out in our 2014 Buick Enclave while visiting our son in Russellville. Of course it was in the middle of a July heatwave We are from Charlot AC went out in our 2014 Buick Enclave while visiting our son in Russellville. Of course it was in the middle of a July heatwave We are from Charlotte NC. My son recommmended Phil Wright and we gave them a call. This was on 5 July the day after a holiday so we anticipated a back log of service and a long long wait. We spoke with Lindsay in the service department and right away our hopes took a giant leap forward. She was very professional and obviously has a great deal of skill in dealing with the public. She also had a weath of technical and automotive knowledge. She got our car in to be checked out and arranged for almost instantaneous transportation to take us back to our hotel. Later she called us and advised us on the issue and ordered the replacement air compressor needed to get our AC back in top notch working order. Lindsey and the staff of mechanics at PWA are a tribute to the companies obvious dedication to customer service, perfessionalism and honesty. It would have been very easy for a dealership to take advantage of a couple from out of state but If I had any concern of that it disappeared the instant I started talking to Lindsay. This is the way a dealerships service department should work. In my book it doesn’t get any better than this ! More
