Very Pleased We took the Encore in for an oil change and tire rotation. Nice Service Folks but. My 26,000 mile GMC Canyon SLT is a nice truck, when it runs. When this occurs as I am arriving at work I just have to make sure everything is turned off and go in for my 12 hour shift, after work the wipers will be half way up and the battery will be so flat the keyless entry will not work. they have tried 3 times to fix this problem but have yet to be successful. I am going to trade the truck. More

Head light had burned out. They worked me in and had me out of there in great time. Look at the problem Service advisors seem to lack experience and initiative to recognize and relay to the technicians just what the problem is. The item "worked on" was not the item reported with a problem. No surprise they did not find an issue with it, there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. However they did charge me $110.00 to tell me there was no problem with it. More

Great and quick. Needed to get car repaired quickly before a trip out of town and they made it happen. Awesome and fast service. I was enroute from Fort Bragg, NC to Fort Sill, OK when my 2011 Silverado had issues.
