They quickly diagnosed the problem right about the time of the Covid19 shutdown so they called and asked me if I wanted to pick up the vehicle or leave it until reopening. I said I was fine driving the new SUV the provided me with as a lifetime loyal customer for over 30 yrs. I enjoyed my loaner until they opened and the very day it was fixed and I went to get my vehicle. My husbands was a little luckier as his was only a battery and was fixed prior to the shutdown. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else to buy, trade, or repair my GMC or Chevy. I have since upgraded to a 2020 GMC Yukon Denali, same color you can hardly tell the difference. I have purchased this exact type of vehicle since 1996 when the first ones in this body style came out. I was in a car accident and rolled three times and my daughter and I walked away from the accident without anything more than bruises from the seatbelt. I thought right then, well this is my lifesaving vehicle, I think I'll keep buying them. More
