Initially miss-diagnosed my problem and indicated my vehicle had been test driven & problem verified resolved. When driving home it was clear there was no change in problem. More interested in customer satisfaction than cust's money Went to dealership with a problem in my Colorado's radio, would not read from usb port, I could not listen to my country music. When the technician tested the radio he found everything was working properly and than checked the usb memory stick I was using and found it to be replaced. The amazing thing was that they did this checking of the system and only required a THANK YOU and I gave them more than one ! Again, THANK YOU ! More
