I received a notification about a fuse needing to be installed on my Bolt. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for the next week. The spokesman assured me the part would be in. I arranged a ride home and brought the automobile in. The part was not in. The spokesman assured me he would call when the part was in. No one called in a couple of weeks, so I called again. He said the part was not in. I waited a couple more weeks. I called back and he said he had received no notification of the status of the part, but would check the parts inventory. He returned to the phone after about 4 minutes and told me the part had arrived that morning. I scheduled an appointment and took the car in. It was repaired but no one in the service area or the cashier area was wearing a mask. More

I was told to leave it overnight and pick it up Saturday morning and was assured several times the service advisor would have everything a problem. On 09/29/2020 I took my 2014 GMC Terrain in for service, oil change, tire rotation, etc. Had 0730 AM appointment. Was there by 0715 AM waiting. Had a discount card for this service which I gave employee when I first checked in. Paid cashier and left. Experience was GREAT!
