I was dismayed at the lack of mask use by staff. Many customers also were not wearing them. This is in one of the worst counties in the state for COVID. Very poor example being set. I stayed outside in the cold the entire time I was waiting for my car to be repaired rather than risk staying in the building. I am an old ER doc and this is like a slap in the face. Loyal customer for over 25 years but will have to rethink my options. More

Couldn't have been any easier. Made an appointment online. Dropped off my vehicle. Was given a loaner until repairs were made. Warranty covered repairs 100%. I am totally satisfied. online. Sales side was wonderful. Jury is out on parts department and service, parts were in for several days, but no one knew till I stopped by to check. Then a 2 hour install turned into 2 days. And when I got it and service, parts were in for several days, but no one knew till I stopped by to check. Then a 2 hour install turned into 2 days. And when I got it home, I had to make adjustments to get it to lock! So I'm not too sure about service, Nobody even took the time to show me how the product works. More
