I say "yes" to the recommendation, but reluctantly. The price's are good, and the service is reasonably prompt, but I scheduled a tire rotation and a download related to a recall for my Chevy Bolt. The ser price's are good, and the service is reasonably prompt, but I scheduled a tire rotation and a download related to a recall for my Chevy Bolt. The service manager insisted there was not a current recall. He checked the computer info, but never called Chevrolet. They did the tire rotation, but not the download. I called Chevrolet when I got home. They insisted the download was needed. I asked them to fax the instructions to Phil Wright. I have not received another call regarding the download. I am confused about what to do next. More

I don't feel this service center is consistent. Six hour wait for oil change one visit and next visit just over an hour wait. Also asked for tire to b fixed..this car has barely 30k miles on it so the tires wait for oil change one visit and next visit just over an hour wait. Inconsistent and shoddy work. Smart aleck cashier . After driving a Ford since 2003 I finally purchased a Buick again in February, 2021. Had to take it in yesterday (11-01-21) to have a tire checked out. I had been spoiled by the service I had received Buick again in February, 2021. Had to take it in yesterday (11-01-21) to have a tire checked out. I had been spoiled by the service I had received from Ford and wondering how the service from Phil Wright Autoplex would compare. I was soooooooooo pleased with their service department and their employees! They put my mind at ease and made me feel very comfortable about any other service I might need in the future! More
