This was service appointment for my 2021 GMC 3500 dually. All went well except I had to return the next day to have my tires properly rotated. They were originally rotated as if they were the aluminu dually. All went well except I had to return the next day to have my tires properly rotated. They were originally rotated as if they were the aluminum wheel set when they were actually all identical steel wheels which is a different rotation order. Now we all know for next visit. More
The costumer service is horrible. I have air bag issues on a brand new 2022 silverado, it has not been fixed. When I bought the truck new it had very few miles on it, they had to send it to LR to put leather seats in it and gave it back to me with over 400 miles on it. John David couldn't give me a good reason why or try to find out. My chip for my heated seats I been waiting for for almost a year have been available for 2 months and still has not been put in. Pretty sure they gave them to someone else. The service manager called my wife, not me and said I wasn't aloud at the dealership any more because I was rude to the secretary. Little did they know I have every conversation I have had with them recorde. These ratings are misleading, they lie and intimidate costumers if they push back on there lies.The culture that the general manager grows down there is aggressive, dark and nasty. I could go on and on what they have done to me and 100s of others. They will put below how much they care about costumers and they ABSOLUTELY DONT. For example: to this day they have not even called to retrofit my chip, or take care of the safety malfunction. This is a horrible place and most the people match. I'm pretty sure this site favors dealerships and not completely honest with the costumers trying to get real reveiws. Everything has to be carefully worded so not to make the dealerships look to bad.
