It took several days past my appointment to even hear anything from them about my car. Upon receiving my car back one of the things they claim was fixed and charged me $880 on was still an issue. First time I took my car diagnosed it as a vacuum leak so had to take it back a second time and it was diagnosed as a catalytic converter, down stream o2 sensor and right side cv axel and now it's back for a had to take it back a second time and it was diagnosed as a catalytic converter, down stream o2 sensor and right side cv axel and now it's back for a 3rd time I believe because the cv axel failed on me Sunday afternoon March 9th of 2025. Called me back and said it was the transmission line that goes to the radiator, the clip was missing. So having to pay for a new clip and transmission fluid. I don't believe that is right because they were the ones that worked on it last. More

I miss the employees that I noticed did not work there anymore. I had to stand quite a bit before anyone even acted like they saw me when I would ask a question. Service and dealership as a whole has degraded over the last few years. After purchasing several vehicles from them since the early 80s I will be shopping elsewhere.
