Feeling conflicted We went in with the intention of buying two cars. David found us a car at one of their other locations and we went back in to get it but once we showed up, found out it was locked up in service and we were PROMISED by Heather,the manager, that she would have keys in hand, ready to go next morning. When my husband called in to tell them he was coming, he was informed that the other dealership had sold the car from under us. We went somewhere else for our second car. NOT HAPPY with being PROMISED something by a manager then no follow through. More

not responsive I bought a truck 2 years ago. It's been one repair after another. Multiple calls no replies. In April, 2016, I had the second engine repair. I had co I bought a truck 2 years ago. It's been one repair after another. Multiple calls no replies. In April, 2016, I had the second engine repair. I had concerns as 30,000 mile warranty almost up. Called and was transferred to service who told me the dealership I bought it at is out of business and was never a Phil Long. I told him I was talking to him on the number I just looked up based on where I bought it. He deflected that too. In any event, I ended up having to take it elsewhere. 1100 miles after the second engine replaced, it broke down with engine problems for second time. So this time I had it towed to the dealership which still says Phil Ling and is very obviously still in Business More

Came out smiling! I went in with a vehicle I was okay with and was just sourcing out my options. I didn't think I'd be able to upgrade, let alone get a nicer vehicle.
