my 2011 toyota corolla was being towed from Raton to Trinidad on June 1,2011 for service, which they found out it was only a battery. Up to date the battery has not arrived from Denver,CO. Instead they gave me a battery off another vehicle after 3 wks.I specifically told them not to let anybody drive it. After a month of waiting for the car, they finally drove it back to Raton with quite a bit of damages and now no one wants to be responsible or liable. exterior and interior wear clean and free of any damage. full tank of gas, when it arrived it was filthy and damaged and no gas. what a shame i have to write this because no one wants to take responsability for their actions. As of today, July 11,2011 I took the car to MM Towing Company to check the damages, they inspected the car to see if they caused the damages, which they stated it was Phil Long Co. that did the damages and is liable. I have tried contacting the general manager, but all i get is a run around. More
