My son's car was broken into and needed some interior and exterior repairs done. That was in October 2023. As of today, January 13, 2024, the work has still not been completed. When called, the receptionist, Brittany, hung up on us when we voiced our complaints. She claimed we started swearing at her. Fortunately we had been recording the conversation, just in case. She just called us back and said No work had been done on the vehicle and we can pick it up, because "it will clear up a spot for another car." I've had bad customer service before but this beats all. They are very unprofessional. I would give a zero if allowed. More

I love the service center at Phil Long Kia in Motor City. Super fast, soooo clean i love that they have coffee and snacks out for us guests.
