Almost everything Dan told me was a lie. He just wanted to push the one vehicle they had even though I clearly said I wanted the middle trim level. Everything he said was typical sleazy salesman nonsense. And this dealer adds $3000 to the price because the cars are rare, even though Peak Kia doesn't, and none in Denver do that. That's absurd. Alyssa and Nicole were both amazing! They helped get us into a new Kia in just 2 days when all the vehicles were on back order for months. I encountered Evan the sales rep as well as John who took care of finance they were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, not pushy, easy to communicate with, very polite, the time an care of finance they were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful, not pushy, easy to communicate with, very polite, the time and effort being at the dealership was comfortable and not uptight. I need to see numbers and saw what I would be comfortable with and I went with my gut and I am very satisfied with my new vehicle. Thank you Evan and John for taking care of what needed to be done. The New Finance guy name John Day does Not return phone calls, I 1st called John November 11th conceening my extended warranty and he Never followed up or returned my phone calls. Then i made a followed up call after a week on November 18th and John still Never returned my call so i decided to stop by personally on November 22nd to speak with John and John refused to come out of his office plus he did Not have Any customers in his office, so someone elae decided to come over and address my concerns. I have been waiting on John the Finance guy to call me for over 3 weeks now. So December the 9th after Never recieving a call from John i had to go back up there again and someone else helped me again and i threaten to call his Manager so John finally decided to call me and he explained to me that he is waiting on the extended warranty company to call him back. On December 28th I decided to call the warranty company myself and asked them why they have not called the Finance guy back and they said JOHN THE FINANCE GUY NEVER EVEN REACHED OUT TO THEM. The warranty company instructed me to go back up to the dealership and tell Finance John that he had to contact them and that i can not set up warranty directly through them. So for a 3rd time on the same day December 28th i went back to Kia to speak with John and again he would Not come out his office to speak with me personally and so happ ened the head Manager was there and he helped me with my warranty issue and he apologized in behalf of John but i said i wont expect an apology coming from him because John is the one who should apologize. John the Finance guy is very dismissive, dishonest, and unprofessional. I have been dealing with Kia for over 5 yrs and never have i been treated this way before John showed up. More

I like going to the Kia service to get all the work done on my car. They are great with telling me what needs to be done verses what can wait til the next visit.
