The service team is always amazing! They’ve taken care of me for almost a decade! My Kia needed a small cosmetic repair which was the reason for my appointment. Couldn’t be happier with this dealer. Beware! Make sure to ask what is not included in purchase! Well, once you've paid cash for a vehicle, forget about anyone helping you with anything that they forgot to disclose! For example, Unbeknownst to me, my car didn't come with a second key or valet key which was never disclosed to me. When I asked about this when picking the car up, I was then told there wasn't one. But... I could have a Ford Dealership make one for me to the tune of $390. I asked to have the driver's door access code, which was again, not provided nor was the Ford Owner's card in any of the paperwork (where the access code would have been). After waiting 3 weeks for someone to get back to me about a code, I called again and was told I would have to take it to a Ford dealership and MAYBE they could help discover the current code or reprogram a new one for me. I was told I would be able to register my car about 10 business days after purchase. At 21 business days after purchase, my vehicle information has still not been sent to the Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles. Seems, my paperwork is/was "misplaced." Exceptionally unhelpful! I won't ever go back here. More
