The service department spent more time trying to negate whatever remaining factory warranty that I had left on my vehicle than they did addressing the real issue. Either that, or they were trying to get me whatever remaining factory warranty that I had left on my vehicle than they did addressing the real issue. Either that, or they were trying to get me to buy a new vehicle. The sales manager asked me when I bought my vehicle... I said July... I obviously meant July of 2020... he raised his voice at me and growled “July when!?!” I am a 52 year old Iraq and Afghanistan veteran who happens to be African- American I did not appreciate someone raising their voice at me like I was a child. Started pointing out all types of things that were “wrong” with my vehicle... even things that had nothing to do with the issue why I brought my vehicle in. I could go on... but to make a long story short... I will never take my car to be serviced at this Kia dealership again. This is not my first bad experience I had with them I was trying to trade in my wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee for a Teulluride back in 2019 and I scheduled an appointment. When Ivarrived the vehicle was magically unavailable for a test drive. I wound up trading in her Grand Cherokee Overland in for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit instead. I will never step foot in that dealership or service department again. More
