Finally (hopefully permanently) fixed the Ioniq 5 hatch rattle issue on my 7th trip into this dealership. All the service reps I worked with were kind and and as helpful as they could be, not sure if this rattle issue on my 7th trip into this dealership. All the service reps I worked with were kind and and as helpful as they could be, not sure if this is a Hyundai or dealer issue but it was very disorganized and miscommunicated. Hate to give a 1 star but this was 7+ total hours of waiting for a simple 30 min TSB. This experience made me not want to own this otherwise wonderful car and Hyundai should be taking a close look at this and the ICCU issues hurting the brand. More
