Hello. We have just completed an $11 Million Dollar Renovation on our Dealership as of December 2024! We have a new service drive with 2 lanes, no longer 1, and we also have increased our capacity from 7 bays to 22! We also have added 2 new Service Advisors bringing the total to 5. We are unsure of where we went wrong in our communications to our customers about our new Service Department upgrades, however, we truly don't feel the 1 star review is fair! Please call Steve Krohn, the General Manager to discuss in more detail and what we can do to make this better for you.
