I scheduled appointment for routine maintenance for tire rotation as indicated by the car system. That part was done without issues. However when I brought the car in to the appointment I also indicated I w rotation as indicated by the car system. That part was done without issues. However when I brought the car in to the appointment I also indicated I was having steering wheel vibration issues and all the service advisor said he could do is charge me $90 for balancing and it “might fix the issue”. $90 later I got the car back and I’m still having vibration issues (although better than at first), so clearly no effort was put into checking whether the issue was resolved before returning the car to me. More
