Missing Options Had to return to dealership to get the cargo cover that was missing out of the auto. Was a hassle to get it as the salesperson was nowhere to be foun Had to return to dealership to get the cargo cover that was missing out of the auto. Was a hassle to get it as the salesperson was nowhere to be found, even though I had made an appointment to meet her to get the missing item. Took at least an hour to find her and get this resolved. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't have been angry about this if she had met me when promised and given me the missing item in a timely manner. Also the remaining auto loan on my trade-in was not paid off for over 2 weeks. This caused my loan to be overdue. 2 weeks should be plenty of time to get the old loan paid off, they had possession of my trade-in. More

We knew exactly how much we would be spending before we test drove the car, and they never once tried to upsale us.
