I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change and a tire rotation. We had a plan to pay for oil changes and maintenance on our vehicle. James Marshall was our service adviser and was extremely unhelp tire rotation. We had a plan to pay for oil changes and maintenance on our vehicle. James Marshall was our service adviser and was extremely unhelpful and condescending. He did not try to rectify or solve the problem and just kept saying this is all he could do. We had a previous Hyundai whose VIN they kept using and not our current car so the warranty was not showing up. James was unwilling to entertain the idea or even try to solve it. We had problems buying a car from here in the past so I should not be surprised the service center could not provide any service let alone quality customer service. More
