I have been trying for over a week to get someone from the service department to answer/return my calls for a recall notice. Everything goes to voice mail with a promise to call back. FALSE ADVERTISING!!I worked with the internet department FALSE ADVERTISING!! I worked with the internet department and received a specific price quote with vin and pictures of the vehicle I wanted. Two day FALSE ADVERTISING!! I worked with the internet department and received a specific price quote with vin and pictures of the vehicle I wanted. Two days later when I went in for a test drive and hopeful purchase I was told the quote was not good and the vehicle was actually $10K more. I showed my email quote by vin, with matching window sticker and internet price. After the salesman did the "let me talk to my manager" dance for ten minutes I was told the email quotes are automated and they could not honor it. So to recap the internet advertised price, window sticker MSRP and specific quote by vin number meant nothing. UPDATE: within hours of this review the dealer updated their site and the vehicle is now $17K more than originally advertised. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. More

Salesman Robert Warner LIED...said bank deal was done, took our trade-in, and we drove off in new SUV...only to call 37 DAYS LATER to say bank deal failed!! General Manager Mike Ortiz admitted they sat o took our trade-in, and we drove off in new SUV...only to call 37 DAYS LATER to say bank deal failed!! General Manager Mike Ortiz admitted they sat on paperwork, should have done it faster, but could only say "sorry"...then offered to sale me another car! (Why would I trust you again??) Thanks Phil Long, I'm now behind on a car payment with my trade-in that sat in your car lot for 37 days (by the way, it looked good on your used car website). You gave us our trade-in covered with 37 days of car lot dust, used car stickers, and window writing from the car lot. You couldn't even put our license plates back on for us before leaving! What awesome customer service... HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Insult to injury...After all this, I received an email the day prior from Phil Long thanking me for purchasing my new car from them! Wow...just wow... No worries, I went straight over to the Mazda lot across the street and purchased a car from Bob Penkhus... More
