Cared much more than the dealership that sold me my car! I was frustrated at a different dealership that ignored me months after I bought a car (competitor P). After several calls to the competition and no call back, I looked up these folks at Phil Long Ford/Lincoln, and not only did they say come visit right now, I was treated like I was important, as if they were my personal concierge. Jordan answered the phone and had me speak to John Crisp. Once I arrived, I already made my mind up this dealership was always going to have my business, exclusively. There is a saying about first impressions, and as busy as they were, and I did not purchase originally from them, they still did an extensive warranty checkup at no cost. My original dealer wanted me to come in at 7am, wait in line with the mob, and no one cared, plus they were going to charge me upfront $120 or so. Once I met John Crisp at the Lincoln dealership, he did not let me out of his sight, updated me, and I have so many good things to say about them, there is simply not enough room to write it all in this box. It is like being in a small town where everyone helps you..Give these folks a visit, they push for 100% satisfaction, not 90%. More
