We paid our hard earned money to purchase the premium maintenance package. The last time I took it in for squeaky breaks. The lady that helped me in the morning and said she understood the issue and we w maintenance package. The last time I took it in for squeaky breaks. The lady that helped me in the morning and said she understood the issue and we would take care of it, calls me at noon and forgets who I am. She proceeds to sell me new break pads and says that Ford recommends them between 4 and 5 mm. Would you like us to do them sir, she said. I said are they not covered by my premium maintenance package? She then stopped talking to me for 45 minutes and then comes back and says uh yeah yours will not be covered until they reach 3 to 4 mm. So the public is sold break pads between 4 and 5 mm and we that ignorantly purchased the “Premium Maintenance Package “ for thousands have to wait for more possible damage! Ridiculous and completely predatory. I’m very discounted with Ford especially Phil Long! More

Was at the parts department and the gentlemen was too pre occupied to even help me. I have had good service before with the lady who works behind the counter, unfortunately, this was not the case today. He occupied to even help me.
