Phil Long Ford is a pleasure to go to. I have never had an issue with their service, and IF I have to wait for an oil change, their waiting room is very nice and clean with free cold water, popcorn, vendin an issue with their service, and IF I have to wait for an oil change, their waiting room is very nice and clean with free cold water, popcorn, vending machine, and restrooms. It took 5 hours to replace a battery and brake pads. Mechanic broke an emergency brake shoe during the install and I was charged for the replacement part. Poor communication during visit. New rear brakes squeak loud. Took it back twice and they tell me they don’t squeak. Guess what they still squeak. Never going back and I have bought two vehicles from them.
