I have personally recommended Phil Long to several co-workers. Friday September 2, 2016 we had our first 5000 mile oil change. I made an appointment for 9am. When we arrived we were told that the wait would be likely 2 1/2 hours. My spouse was upset with the time estimate but we continued with the appointment. Charles "Oz" Osburn got us in and out in under an hour!!! Now that's what I call Customer Service! Phil Long will be my first choice for my next vehicle purchase. More
