Emergency repair I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it woul I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it would be fine to drive and to go back in 2-3 weeks as they were busy and wouldn't get to it. Now I have a problem. I got there and had to leave my car, there was no loaner car and the rental car places were all closed. Luckily after an hour or so, I was given a ride home only because I spoke with the person who sold me the car. I did get it back by Wednesday but I am not sure the problem was totally solved. I can drive it but it is still not running smoothly, More

I let them know I was pretty much stranded without a car and I was told they would look at it late Monday. I received a call late Tuesday that it still was being diagnosed. I called early Wednesday morning to arrange my day and it still wasn't done. They were still working on it when I arrived mid afternoon & the cover for under the glove department was not in place. In addition, there is a scratch on my console that was not there previously. Now that my vehicle is out of warranty I will looking for a service center that isn't quite so busy. More

They'll have your vehicle serviced in an hour or so. Just wanted to share the service I received during my last two visits. A few months back I visited for an oil change. The rear brakes were identified during the inspection as in need of replacement. Decided to replace at a later date. Took my truck home and realized the technician left his chew spitter in the center console. Some would have been offended, I simply threw it away when I got home. Today I visited for another oil change, tire rotation, and rear brake replacement. Although busy, I was advised it would be approx two hours. I told the service advisor I would wait for the truck. At hour three I was advised my truck had just been placed on a lift for service with the explaination "we thought you were dropping it off." Apparently the waiting customers were receiving preference..I saw a lot of faces come and go. Two more hours. While sitting in a waiting room for five hours I had an opportunity to make and reflect on observations. One tech in particular spent more time in the office speaking with the office women, almost to the point of creepiness...awkward. I walked out to the service bay to confirm, with any luck, this wasn't my technician. I don't think he was but he sure could have been helping the other tech instead of making time with the flirtatious duo behind the counter. Lacking efficiency and accountability. I paid the agreed upon amount after five hours of waiting and was out the door without so much as a "How can we make this a more positive experience for you in the future?" I'm locked in for a few more oil changes (coupon book) and hope things change for the better. I bought a new truck from Phil Long years ago but recently went to a competitor to replace it. Phil long offered to sell me a used truck (lariat) for basically the same price as a brand new, off the showroom floor Lariat, one model year newer. I'm a reasonable, educated consumer with simple expectations. More

Very positive experience. I never like having to bring a vehicle in for service. Having said that, I would recommend Phil Long Ford. I purchased a new F150 Ford pickup in 2012 I never like having to bring a vehicle in for service. Having said that, I would recommend Phil Long Ford. I purchased a new F150 Ford pickup in 2012 from them and this was the first time I needed anything but an oil change. They correctly diagnosed the non-descript sound it was making and fixed it. I have to drive 30 miles to have it serviced here so it is important to me to have it fixed the first time. More
