Service I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date I called. You took my Explorer in within the hour and had it fixed in two days after another local dealer delayed for two months with no repair date in sight. And you told me to bring in my old Ranger for a recall I was unaware of. Better than imagined service. Thanks Don Heck and to the whole staff. I'll likely be back for a new vehicle. More

Purchase and Service I purchased a 2013 F-150 in 2013 . Traded a 2004 F-150 Super Crew with ARE topper and rails in really good condition with around 160,000 miles. I ha I purchased a 2013 F-150 in 2013 . Traded a 2004 F-150 Super Crew with ARE topper and rails in really good condition with around 160,000 miles. I had a deal with Goodyear /Ford corporate ( as Goodyear employee for 44 years ) to purchase at a low number ( recollection $ 400.00 ) over invoice . I wanted to pay cash and was told I had to finance for 3 months and I only got $ 5,000 for my trade in. I feel I got $ 2,000.00 less than what my trade in was worth and I got stuck with 3 month finance charge . The people were nice , but I feel I got taken advantage of. The " Quick Lane " people have been awesome. Very happy so far with the Service they give and the honesty not to be " adding " things that need to be done when they don't need to be done. Most all of my friends and associates HATE purchasing vehicles , as it is a VERY unpleasant experience because they know they are going to get " short changed " . ADVICE :::: Stop all the games ....They are not fun. Give the customer the best deal / bottom line upfront and don't be tacking on " this and that " after the deal is almost consummated. REALLY FRUSTRATING !!!! . My customers told me the same thing and I listened and business skyrocketed . Everybody was happy going away and nobody felt cheated " short changed " . I found out there was nothing wrong with a fair/ reasonable profit . I have also noted that almost 70 % of the TV advertising is for cars .Apparently , car selling entities are making too much if they can afford all that advertising . I personally purchase on Quality , Value, Service.--- In that order . I actually did not like Fords ( as I had 5 of them through the Goodyear Company supplied vehicles in my job ) until my 2004 F-150 . It was the best / least problems /most comfortable vehicle I ever owned . That is why I now own my 2013 F-150 today and really like it so far. . A long response , but you all need to pay attention to the actual customers who in the long run pay your salaries. ; More

Sales did a great job of finding exactly what I wanted, but it was at another dealer. They made arrangements to get the vehicle from them, and delivered it a day later in great shape. Have had 2 service oil changes and one recall service. All three times, service people were very friendly and helpful. Service was completed with no delays. Do not remember all the employees that I have dealt with, but everyone was great. And even employees that were not directly involved were very friendly (while sitting in the waiting area while service work was being done, several employees walking by asked if I was being helped, or if I needed anything). They appreciate their customers. More

I really missed the cruise on the last part of the trip and did not want to make the whole trip back home without cruise.control. I took the car in to the dealership and without a formal appointment they were able to figure out the problem and resolve the situation by the next morning. Thanks so much.
