As a result, for my newly acquired 2019 Ford Escape, I acquired a 10-year maintenance contract with Phil Long. This certainly bespeaks my confidence in the quality of this dealership. More

Chlesie at the quick lane was awesome. She was friendly and welcoming. Our car was ready quicker then promised even with adding in a repair. We bring all of our cars here for oil changes. Jamie Campbell assisted me in getting my F450 oil changed. When I pulled in Jamie helped me right away. After a little while Jamie came into the waiting lounge and explained to me that they needed to changed. When I pulled in Jamie helped me right away. After a little while Jamie came into the waiting lounge and explained to me that they needed to change the diesel fuel filters if they had never been changed before. I told they had not been changed and how much would it cost to do that. She told me the cost of changing the fuel filters and the oil change. I then asked her if they had any specials that would help reduce the cost. She said they did have something she could offer. At that point I did authorize the work for the fuel filters and the oil change. They were very efficient, and I got my truck back in about an hour and a half. They did a very good job, and no leaks were detected afterwards. Thank you, Jamie! I would recommend Jamie to anyone. More
Have gone to Phil Long Ford for all service since I purchased Edge in 2016. Have a Ford dealer only 1.82 miles from home, and another just 4.81 miles away. Continue to go to Phil Long (which is 17 mile purchased Edge in 2016. Have a Ford dealer only 1.82 miles from home, and another just 4.81 miles away. Continue to go to Phil Long (which is 17 miles from home) because of the excellent service and friendly employees. Took Edge in for a recall notice. Service rep said work might take a little longer to complete because some many people were doing the same thing. Got a phone call saying work was complete exactly when service rep estimated. Was provided a "loner" because of living so far away. Service was fast , friendly, and completely hassle free. Had talked to Becky and she arranged a convenient schedule for me to get work done and verified the replacement parts were available, and Sherrie handled the loner vehicle. I will continue to take my Edge to Phil Long Ford for any and all service. They have done an excellent job every time I take it in, for routine maintenance. More

Terrible service. When I first arrived in the service department, quite a few employees were standing around but no one wanted to wait on me. Finally someone saw me bu When I first arrived in the service department, quite a few employees were standing around but no one wanted to wait on me. Finally someone saw me but he made it clear that it wasn't his job to assist me. He did not introduce himself so I don't know his name. After I answered his few questions he sent me inside to finish getting checked in. Again, no one wanted to help me, until I stood directly in front of one man's desk and he condescendingly checked me in. Like the first man, he did not introduce himself and he wasn't wearing a name tag so there was no way to know who he was. . I was promised that my car would be ready by mid-afternoon. In fact, it wasn't ready until the next day. This was very inconvenient to me because of my schedule. Steve Martindale, who seems to be some kind of manager, was apologetic to me regarding the poor service, but he also seemed not to care. Bottom line: the WORST service I've ever had at any car dealership. I won't be going back. Find another place to go! More
