The only recommendation I have is that the account ant or billing clerk should have someway of notifying the customers when their service is completed other than shouting out their name. 2014 Focus- When I arrived at the service department, I felt welcomed - a big plus for the service department. Not choosing to stay, I took the shuttle home. Work not completed in a timely fashion/no notification I brought my vehicle into fast lane as was recommended by the main service person/ they were not able to compete what I needed done- electrical short I brought my vehicle into fast lane as was recommended by the main service person/ they were not able to compete what I needed done- electrical short in rear lights- vehicle then moved main service area and I was told it would be done by that evening. That evening I called to check and was told they would get to it 1st thing in the morning. When I called to check the next day at noon ( they never call you to update you on the progress) it was not yet looked at and I was upset as I was told the night before that it would be in the 1st thing in the morning. It did get in to a technician that afternoon and by 4:00pm i had to call again and was told it had not been diagnosed to a point where it could be fixed. I asked if he could get it done by closing at 6:00pm They indicated they would try but could not guarantee it. I indicated I needed to pick it up by noon the next day. When I arrived they indicated they had not done any further work ( 2 hours available the night before and 5 hours that morning- so 7 hours to continue to work on it. I picked it up after they had it for 2 1/2 days with the same problem with no diagnosis and no phone calls to keep me updated. I now need to bring it back in to have the problem fixed. More
