Good Service I took my 2014 F 150 to be serviced. There was a whistling noise when I turned on the A/C. Dwayne got him in and got my truck back to me quickly. I have since called Dwayne back to see if a few questions could be answered and I have yet to get a call! While I still think Phil Long Ford of Denver is awesome. I would like for the staff to support the customers view and respond to concerns. Otherwise, my experience with them if good. More

Why make a appointment!!!!!! I bought a certified truck from Phil long witch was a great experience. I made a appointment for the following week I asked about a rental car he told me they were out but had a shuttle that could take me home. Showed up to drop my truck off was told they are backed up would be a few days. Uh xxx is my appointment for?? Larry told me he would get it done next day. But there backed up? Asked for the shuttle o you live to far away. I got pissed!! A courtesy car popped up for me. Terrible service experience........ More

Pleasant experience I find the dealership friendly. I purchased my edge in another state so i was going to a dealership that was closer to my house but i did not like ho I find the dealership friendly. I have been well treated by all service staff. I have only had oil changes and tire rotations, but will have work done with you if needed. More

Great service experience I was in to have my first oil change in my new car (after first 5000 miles); before I arrived at the location for the oil change, I talked to Garry Wa I was in to have my first oil change in my new car (after first 5000 miles); before I arrived at the location for the oil change, I talked to Garry Warren & Dustin Brooks on the phone - they were both very pleasant and helpful; Eugene Katze took care of me as soon as I pulled up and was very kind and helpful; he even checked to make sure there were no recalls on my vehicle per my request; I had to wait in the waiting room (very accommodating) for a while, but had been told in advance of my arrival to expect that (do not schedule appointments: first come first served basis); will definitely plan on coming back again for my next oil change and for anything else I need regarding my car. I am a widow, so it is especially important to me to have a place I can trust. More
