They Lost Me!! Lost car!! I was in last week with low air in one of my tires. they found a screw. Good. They fixed it in about 20 minutes. Good. It took then 2 Lost car!! My service advisor was Alex Graylyn He came in to see me twice twice to ask my name and twice to ask my make up of my car!!! The Front desk had my paperwork all along. They called my husbands number who passed awayn recently But you couldn' walk a few feet away and come and get me! More

A defective Battery Due to a defective battery, there was considerable corrosion around one of the terminals which caused the copper connection to corrode. This should have been caught when I had my car in for an oil change a short period of time prior to this. This type of corrosion does not happen over night!! The service department took care of the problem in a timely fashion, replaced the defective battery under warrantee and sent me on my way. More
