Quick Lane Issues This is the second time I've had issues with the Quick Lane service. Last time the tech broke a wheel stud off while rotating the tires. I had to take This is the second time I've had issues with the Quick Lane service. Last time the tech broke a wheel stud off while rotating the tires. I had to take the truck to another service location for repairs. To be fair, Phil Long paid for the repair, but I was without me truck for a day. This time I went in for an oil change and was told my battery was going bad - I knew this to be the case based on how it was starting. I went ahead and replaced the battery. When I drove the truck out of the lot, the check engine light went on and the idle was rough. The truck has a cold air intake, so when the battery was changed the engine management data was lost and the software was now showing the motor was getting too much O2, I had to take the truck back and the issue seems to be resolved at this point. The tech was new and the service writer called it a "rookie mistake." The Quick Lane service is supposed to be convenient, but my last two experiences have been anything but. Hal S More
